A very simple, easy to prepare dish, great for One Dish Meal. Tasty and delicious. With all the ingredients ready, the cooking takes about 10 minutes and it is ready to savour with a plate of rice.
The well fried minced meat blends very well with the seasoning sauce. The extra fragrance comes from the basil leaves. Overall, it tastes is savoury and slightly tangy from the tomatoes. Very appetising.
250 gm minced pork with some fats
1 large tomato [100 gm] – diced
1 red and 1 green chilli – sliced
3 cloves garlic – peeled and chopped
Juice from 1/2 lime
a bunch of basil leaves
1 tbsp each light soy sauce, fish sauce and water
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
